    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and it will be reviewed for possible return. In the case where we approve a return, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Possible returns will only be considered if the product is unopened and unused.

    RETURNS

    We accept returns on approved, new, unused and unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus shipping costs. 
     
    We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or used.
     

    If an item arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund for the item. We will accept the unit back into our facility and issue a replacement.
